DuraFleet Charlotte West is locally owned and operated by Daryle Powers. Before starting the business, Daryle spent years inside organizations where equipment downtime was not an inconvenience — it immediately hit customers, employees, capacity and revenue.
That is the problem this operation was built around. Not a shop that waits for vehicles to arrive, but a mobile service that comes to them, on a schedule, with the findings written down.
The standard is simple: responsive communication, reliable service, and an honest answer about what a vehicle actually needs.

Daryle runs the operation. When a call comes in, there is a named person responsible for how it gets handled — not a queue that has to be worked through.

If a repair needs a lift, equipment or a level of work we should not attempt on-site, we will tell you that instead of forcing it where the vehicle sits.
